ISSUE TRACKER

Website feedback, straight into Jira Cloud

Connect your Jira Cloud site with Atlassian authorization, then turn feedback into issues in the project you choose.

Available on Pro and above.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens when feedback arrives

Credentials are encrypted at rest, every delivery records its outcome, and a failing integration never blocks the feedback itself.

Authorize a Jira site

An admin signs in to Atlassian and selects the site Annot8 may access. No personal API token is shared with Annot8.

Choose a project

Enter its project key and test the connection. Annot8 checks that your account can create issues there before sending feedback.

Create issues

New feedback can create an issue automatically, or you can send a selected thread to Jira from the dashboard.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you connect Jira

The specifics that save a support ticket — the same ones the docs lead with.

  • Access and delivery

Atlassian's site-limited read and write scopes are used to inspect the project and create issues. Jira status changes do not sync back to Annot8.

  • Jira Cloud

The integration targets Jira Cloud (yourcompany.atlassian.net). Self-hosted Jira Server isn't supported.

MORE INTEGRATIONS

The rest of the wall

One workspace connection each, toggled per project. Email works on every plan; the rest unlock on Pro.

Feedback in, Jira notified, nothing re-typed

One script tag on the site, one connection to Jira, and the pipeline runs itself.
