Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your dashboard — no hoops, no retention calls. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes — Hobby is free forever for solo devs and side projects. You can upgrade to Pro whenever your team grows past the limits.
What happens if I exceed the thread limit on Hobby?
We'll never block your threads mid-flow. You'll get a reminder to upgrade and can continue at a soft-capped rate.
How do you handle security and privacy?
