visual defect evidence worksheet (.txt)

Learn how to report visual website bugs with viewport context, design references, focused screenshots, and verification across nearby states.

feedback evidence planner (.txt)

editable website UAT checklist (.csv)

Adapt the template before the review

Write down the page, release, reviewers, decision owner, and deadline. Keep one issue per report, distinguish the expected result from the observed result, and agree which failures block launch. Treat the examples as starting points for your own acceptance criteria.

Keep the context with the comment

A document works for planning. When reviewers need to show a specific page element, Annot8 can pin the comment to the website and include a screenshot and browser context. Use synthetic accounts for review and inspect evidence for confidential information before sharing it.
